He did a bunch of measurements and recommended we increase the number of return ducts that we had. He agreed to do the job at the same price and I cancelled the other company. "This last Saturday, May 10th, Lance came to our home to service our A/C unit. As luck would have it, I had a bee hive mishap earlier that morning, hundreds of bee's were flying around the house. Lance said it was no problem, and that he would go ahead and do the service call. After checking the inside unit, he then went out to service the unit out there. Everything was going fine until my wife came running into the office saying, " the A/C guy just started yelling and running to his truck!" I feared the worst and went out to check on him. He had only got stung twice. I asked him how much he had left to do and he said just to finish bolting everything back up. I told him to forget it and that I would finish for him. He would have no such thing, he wanted to finish the job. Well we suited him up in a full suit and let him continue on. This kind of commitment is really unheard of in our modern times. It is easy to say that an em ployee is friendly and well mannered, but to say that your employee will go the extra mile to make sure the job is done and in any conditions, is above the call of duty.
