Club Membership Cancellation
To cancel your club membership, please take the following steps:
- Call Acree Air and inform the office that you wish to cancel your club membership.
- Email customercare@acreeair.com with the stated intention that you wish to have your club membership cancelled.
The steps listed above must be taken to insure that your cancellation is properly recorded. The first step, calling the office, will insure that we have a record of your conversation. The second step, emailing customer care, is required so that we have a record of your cancellation request in your physical file.
Please note - your club membership protects your investment and insures that your warranties are valid. Without a verifiable record of continued maintenance for your system, many air conditioning manufacturers will void your warranty. Due to this, we ask that you follow the cancellation procedures exactly as detailed above.
